Premises Liability Attorney The candidate will have the day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases. Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum. Guiding clients through the case process. Interacting with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits. Attending and preparing depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Should have a license and be in good standing with Massachusetts Bar. Must have 3+ years of personal injury experience. Excellent client service and communication skills are needed. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are required. Should be a self-starter and is driven by long-term career goals. The ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases is a prerequisite.
