Family Attorney The candidate will do regular communication with clients and opposing counsel, drafting of pleadings and motions, taking depositions, supervising aspects of discovery for assigned cases, and the ability to take matters to hearing. Should have 1-3 years of experience in family law or has demonstrated strong equivalent experience. Must be a member of the Nevada Bar and have experience working with directly with clients.
