Attorney Diversity and Inclusion Specialist Duties: Helps design, coordinate, manage, track, and evaluate initiatives and programs designed to support the recruitment of diverse attorneys and summer associates. Manage all aspects of firmwide diversity recruiting strategy and initiatives in consultation with the Director of Diversity and Inclusion and the Director of Attorney Recruiting. Serve as Program Manager for the 1L Diversity Fellowship and SEO programs. Design and coordinate all firmwide diversity recruiting events and initiatives. Attend all diversity events, including On Campus Interviews. Track all law school sponsorships and diversity recruiting events. Track all diversity candidates, including their touch points, summer performance reviews, etc. In collaboration with the Director of Diversity and Inclusion and the Director of Attorney Recruiting, create diversity recruiting reports, as necessary, including the Annual Diversity Recruiting Report. Schedule and take notes for Diversity Strategy Committee (DSC) meetings and all DSC subcommittee meetings, Diversity Partner Recruiting Committee (DPRC) meetings, and other meetings, as necessary. Assist Diversity and Inclusion Manager with all affinity group communications, budgeting, tracking, coordination, and event planning. Also, manage the creation of the Annual Affinity Group brochure. Act as resource to Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Diversity and Inclusion Manager, and Marketing department by providing diversity-related information relating to diverse attorneys as requested from clients and external organizations sponsoring surveys and awards. Work with the Director of Diversity and Inclusion regarding diversity awareness. Help promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, events, and policies. Qualifications: Bachelor A?A s degree required; JD Degree preferred. 2+ years of recruiting experience in a law or professional services firm. On campus recruiting experience preferred. Experience with or interest in diversity related programs. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems.
