Litigation Paralegal Personal Injury The candidate is responsible for managing nursing homes, medical malpractice, automobile, and slip-and-fall, litigation cases. Prepare complaints, discovery requests, discovery motions, and discovery memorandums. Ensure all discovery propounded on the defendant is received. Prepare Motions. Prepare the client's discovery responses. Obtain and interact with experts. Interact with clients, experts, defense counsel, and medical providers. Investigate, gather, organize, and analyze information about the client s cases. Read, interpret, organize, and summarize medical records, earnings and defense documents. Interview witnesses. Prepare cases for mediation. Prepare cases for trial. Attend trial. Prepare closing statements. Should have 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Excellent writing skills are needed. Should be detail-oriented.
