Senior Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients in immigration law matters including but not limited to family petitions, waivers, consular processing, DACA, VAWA, U Visas, and T Visas, etc., Represent BLC clients before agencies such as USCIS, EOIR, BIA, etc Oversee and manage a team of 3 paralegals in case preparation and submission. Work independently, but also work alongside and collaborate with a dedicated team, Manage multiple deadlines and handle staff questions without breaking a sweat, Network like a boss and make contacts who might need our firm in the future. Be involved in the local legal community, including attending AILA & Bar functions, to rep the firm.
