Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients in Court (Federal and State). Prepare and draft legal documents. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Should have 1+ years of experience in Property Insurance Claims, Insurance litigation and Civil Litigation. Experience in Employment Law big plus. Must have a Florida Bar License and be in good standing. Must have experience in Homeowners Insurance. Should have familiarity with various legal documents. Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
