Probate Law Associate Attorney The candidate must have 2 or more years in practice. Must have 2+ years of dispute resolution or civil litigation experience. Must have experience and be able to establish a relationship and rapport with a client, and maintain that relationship and rapport throughout the case. Litigation experience is a plus. Guardianship, conservatorship, and guardian ad litem experience is a plus. Fiduciary litigation experience is a plus. Probate experience is a plus and will give an attorney an edge. Must have outstanding client service skills.
