Corporate Transactional Senior Associate Attorney Candidate will be working with a broad spectrum of clients consisting mostly of closely held entities and their owners, as well as occasional public company issues. Clients of the Firm include technology companies, consulting companies, restaurants, product manufacturers and individuals requiring advice and counsel in a wide range of business matters. The candidate will have at least several years of experience with a large law firm gaining experience in corporate, partnership and LLC formations, governance, funding, restructuring and securities laws. Contract drafting, soft IP A?, employment issues and purchase/sale of businesses will also be part of the job. Experience in multiple areas would also be helpful, but most important is the ability and willingness to learn new areas of practice and become a well-rounded business attorney. Strong legal research and writing skills are essential.
