Part-time Contract Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate duties include: File legal pleadings and documents. Preparation regarding Discovery, interrogatory and depositions. Communicating with clients. Should have 3+ years of Bankruptcy experience. Must hold a current license to practice law in California and/or other states and be interested in per diem document review work. Foreclosure defense experience is a plus. Must have excellent communication skills. Fluency in Spanish a plus. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
