Legal Secretary The candidate should possess leadership skills, they be able to work independently; as well as be a contributing member of our litigation team. Must possess the knowledge and skills to be proactive vs. reactive. Should be able to track litigation deadlines and ensure local court rules were being followed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. Must be professional, very organized, possess the ability to prioritize duties and a strong attention to detail. Must also demonstrate a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay focused and calm under litigation pressures. Must have minimum of 5 years experience; med-mal defense preferred but not required.
