Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will be able to primarily assist with Chapter 7 and 13 cases. Additional responsibilities to include Probate, Family, Corporate and Real Estate Law, only equating to about 15% of workload. Should have Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies, Paralegal Certificate, OR the equivalent combination of formal education, training, and/or experience. 1-3 years of bankruptcy experience, Chapter 7 and 13 preferred. Familiarity with Best Case software system preferred. Experience : Probate experience; Family Law experience; Real Estate experience; Corporate Law experience.
