Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience. Must be proficient with Immigration Tracker Software or similar. Must have experience with forms production, and application preparation. Experience with H-1B petitions, PERM Applications are a must. Must be proficient with preparing regular status reports, and tracking case data. Experience with healthcare immigration is preferred. Only experienced business, employment-based immigration paralegals will be considered.
