Junior- or mid-level Associate Attorney - Government Investigations The candidate will be reviewing documents, preparing documents and other discovery responses for production, and managing all other aspects of the discovery process. It also involves substantive legal research and writing relating to consumer financial services including drafting legal briefs and other memoranda and submissions to government agencies. Should preferably have (i) experience performing the tasks listed above; (ii) demonstrated knowledge of the consumer financial services industry; and (iii) a willingness and ability to contribute to the firms business development and marketing needs.
