Paralegal - Litigation The candidate will manage a full load of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases on a team of 2 attorneys with another paralegal. Will be responsible for any number of tasks including drafting documents, scheduling, filing pleadings with the court, ordering records and medical bills, and other tasks as assigned.
