Immigration Paralegal The candidate will work closely with the paralegal team on all aspects of case preparation. Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of visa petitions and applications. Assist in the preparation and filing of business and employment-related immigration documentation. Collect evidence and visa documentation from clients. Maintain client database and prepare spreadsheets for reporting. Build knowledge of firm processes. Assist on projects as assigned. Bachelor s Degree required. 1-3 years of professional experience required. Immigration experience, basic knowledge of and experience filing PERM applications preferred.
