Associate Attorney DUTIES: Attend and conduct depositions. Appear at court hearings, site inspections and mediations. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, other court documents, memos and correspondence. Conduct legal research. Document review and analysis. Interact professionally with clients and opposing counsel. REQUIREMENTS: Bar license REQUIRED. Prior experience in a litigation firm preferred. Excellent legal and professional skills (including legal research and writing, etc.). Proficient writing skills.
