Associate Attorney Candidate must have 3 years' civil litigation experience is required. Must have extensive experience taking and defending depositions. Experience with either the State Attorney s or Public Defender s Office is a plus. Must be able to manage a case load of 150 cases, demonstrate exceptional knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial, and provide superior client service. Must possess strong and persuasive oral advocacy as well as excellent writing skills. Possess extensive knowledge and experience in civil litigation; Skilled in evaluating cases; Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision; Strong communication skills (verbal and written); Strong problem-solving skills; Excellent organizational skills, thoroughness and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively; Self-Starter and Goal oriented; Motivated and assertive; Proactive and results oriented.
