Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager The candidate will handle case management. Correspond/communicate with medical providers and obtain medical affidavits is an absolute requirement. Draft Settlement Demands with detailed analysis of the case is an absolute requirement. Must have 2 years of Paralegal experience; experience in Drafting/Answering Discovery in personal injury litigation cases is an absolute requirement; prior personal injury litigation experience is an absolute requirement; E-Filing in Texas Courts is an absolute requirement. Should preferably have a Notary Public; experience in Drafting Petitions in personal injury litigation cases; knowledge of legal case management software, Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Outlook, and Excel; Bilingual in the Spanish language.
