Personal Injury Attorneys The candidates will provide legal representation to individuals nationwide in product liability cases as well as other personal injury and wrongful death claims. Such cases involve medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, transportation accidents, and toxic and environmental exposure. Handle a significant caseload of pre-litigation cases. Prior experience in personal injury is preferred. Will also consider recently admitted attorneys with excellent academic credentials. Candidates will be: Reviewing new cases for consideration; Working with support staff to obtain and review medical records; Filing pleadings; Conducting discovery; and Developing factual support on cases.
