Labor / Employment Attorney The candidate should have superior academic credentials with New York State Bar admission. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience in all aspects of employment discrimination litigation as well as wage and hour litigation, including legal research, document review, drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery, drafting motions and drafting administrative position statements. Traditional labor experience a plus. Strong research and writing skills are needed.
