Legal Secretary The candidate should have 10+ years of litigation experience, including trial preparation. Thorough knowledge of legal terminology, state and federal court procedures. Advanced experience in E-Filing with both state and federal courts. Should do calendaring. Able to manage and maintain a high volume of workflow. Be proficient in Word 2010. Flexibility in performing overtime is necessary. Skills will include strong law and motion background. Must be organized, reliable, and attention to detail is a must. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Positive, can-do attitude is a must.
