Litigation Attorney The candidate will work in Plaintiff's Side Employment Discrimination Firm. Should have knowledge of employment Law. Manage a case load of 40+ discrimination/sexual harassment cases. Must have first-hand experience in all aspects of discrimination lawsuits from intake through trial; drafting complaints, EEOC, NYS Division of Human Rights, Motion Practice. Must be able to handle all discovery, depositions, mediations and settlements. Must know the State and Federal Court systems/procedures. Must have a 2+ year s solid litigation experience. Must be barred in New York.
