Transactional Associate Attorney The candidate should be a junior to mid-level associate to provide general legal counsel to financial institution clients in a wide range of legal areas, including regulatory compliance, real estate, financial services operations, and employment law. Will work directly with the Firm Partners and business leaders in providing day-to-day advice and resolving issues and inquiries. Must be a California licensed attorney with 3-5 years of transactional experience. Healthcare, insurance or financial services experience a plus.
