Litigation Attorney The candidate should be a 3 years litigation attorney. Litigation experience in Local Government Law or Aviation is a plus. Should have experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing substantive motions, and propounding and responding to discovery. Should possess the ability to take ownership of their work - looking at the big picture rather than a task-only focus. Should be a team player while also being able to work autonomously. Illinois bar license required.
