Workers Compensation Paralegal The candidate will serve in initial interview/intake. Will open Case through Jetfiler. Setting up client with PTP. Proposing AME, request Panel QME online. Translating for Attorneys when needed. Drafting Joint PQME Letters, Filing DORs, Filing Petition for 5710 Fees, Drafting Settlement Proposal Letters. Filing Petitions for New and Further Disability, working division of attorney fees. Must be familiar with JETFILER. Must be familiar with: Word, Excel, Outlook. Must have 2 years of experience. Should be familiar with Workers Compensation terminology. Must be bilingual. (Spanish/English) (fluency for both is required). Must have excellent organizational skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
