Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate will be meeting with clients and preparing applications and affidavits. Will be representing clients at USCIS, EOIR, Probate and Family Courts, and Criminal District Court. Will be drafting and Finalizing Motions to EOIR, Probate and Family Court, and Criminal District Court (knowledge and experience with the EOIR practice manual required; Drafting briefs to EOIR and legal research; Time Accountability and Note Tracking regarding case statuses. Should have at least 1-2 years of solid immigration experience, particularly in removal defense. Fluency in Spanish is required for this position. Must have a dedication and passion for immigration law.
