Consumer Financial Services Attorney The candidate must have 1-2 years of litigation experience. Strong academic and professional credentials required. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar. Experience with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and/or admission to the Florida Bar is a plus. Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
