This is the Atlanta outpost of an international firm. Although this firm is international, it still has a decidedly regional feel to it, and it international only to service certain valued clients. Life is reasonably good in the Atlanta office, where there are attorneys capable of handling every measure of legal problem faced by companies or corporations. Although the litigators are able to become more specialized, corporate associates have a general practice, which ocassional spreads them (and their expertise) a bit thin. Lagging behind in compensation, this firm is dedicated to associate life issues, and has, as a result, a good deal of devoted associates.
Project Attorney The candidate' should have gained at least 3 years of meaningful experience with a focus on real estate and experience drafting real estate agreements and all aspects of the title commitment and insurance process. Must be admitted to and in good standing with at least one state bar, with excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills. Admittance in Florida is a strong plus.
