Legal Secretary The candidate will manage the responsibilities: Document management and organization, including saving to the network, filing, indexing and drafting correspondence, Calendaring, Scheduling, Processing business and vendor expenses, Create check requests, Professional client interaction, Additional administrative tasks as needed. Must have 4+ years Legal Secretary experience. Must have prior experience with litigation procedures and processes. Experience in Nursing Home, Employment, Healthcare and Insurance Defense litigation is helpful. Familiarity with procedures, processes and rules related to State and Federal courts as well as the appellate process and rules is needed. Open to taking on new responsibilities and challenging tasks is advantageous. Excellent typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Outlook, Excel) is needed.
