General Liability Defense Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of general liability defense experience. Labor & employment and/or general commercial litigation experience a plus. The successful candidate will regularly work on complex and high stakes matters and be expected to participate in and oversee written discovery, take depositions, and participate in extensive motion practice and oral arguments. Outstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skills required. Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills required. Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously required. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar.
