Lawyer / Real Estate Litigation Attorney The candidate should preferably be a foreclosure litigator capable of handling complex litigated matters. Must have 2+ years of real estate litigation experience. Should be comfortable handling any foreclosure-related state court motion or appearance. A strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in federal court and handling appeals. Must be admitted in New York. Candidates also admitted in New Jersey will be given first consideration.
