Seeking Associate Attorney with litigation experience. Candidate with solid and stable client base is required. Experience in insurance defense; experience in and the ability and desire to be first chair in all litigation phases and handle all matters from start to conclusion is required. Insurance defense experience with history of handling all phases of discovery and litigation to include arbitrations and mediations. Trial experience is a plus.
