Corporate Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of law firm experience doing the following on behalf of founders, entrepreneurs, and investors as well as venture backed, angel backed, and private equity funded companies or venture and/or real estate funds: Venture Capital Investments; Private Equity Investments; Debt and Equity Financings; Commercial Transactions; Strategic Corporate Transactions; Equity Compensation; Corporate Governance. Preference to those licensed in Texas and located in Austin.
