Litigation And Appellate Attorney The candidate must have significant experience in federal trial and appellate courts. Should have 3+ years of federal trial and appellate court experience. Must have ability to tackle complex First Amendment and other Constitutional issues. Should have excellent brief writing and oral argument skills. Knowledge of First Amendment law preferred. Working knowledge of Section 1983 federal claims desired. Desired Class Level: Graduate / Alumni. Deadline: June 30, 2020.
