Renewable Energy / Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will work on renewable energy and real estate transactions. Will assist clients with title, survey and mineral issues for utility scale renewable energy and commercial real estate projects. Assist clients with legal matters for development, operation, finance, acquisition and sale of renewable energy and commercial real estate projects. Assist clients with long term ground leases and easements. Must have 2 years of related work experience. Should preferably have commercial real estate and renewable energy transactions experience.
