Part-time Real Estate Closing Attorney The candidate will be responsible for advising clients in real estate transactions, preparing legal documents, reviewing title work, and conducting closings. Review of closing files. Conduct real estate closings. Explain documents and closing process to clients. Conduct post-closing responsibilities. Represent firm in a positive manner. Willingly perform other duties as assigned or requested. Must have excellent communication and leadership skills, a passion for the client experience, and 2+ years of real estate closing experience. Should also be ready to represent the firm at client events, meetings, and other business development opportunities. Strong preference would be given to candidates licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, but not a requirement. Must have Juris Doctorate. Should be licensed in South Carolina and hold a Bar card in good standing. Hold or be able to obtain a notary public certification prior to being employed. Must have a valid driver's license within the state of residence.
