Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will handle responsibility that includes drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation related documents. Provides all the resources necessary to succeed as a litigation attorney. Includes desk, phone, internet, computer, printer, software, robust templates, Westlaw, copy machines, office supplies, and some expense reimbursement. Provides reception and support staff. Manage clients matters from intake to close, including all stages of litigation and appeals. Must have 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Must have Ohio law licensure. Should have excellent grades in law school or proven litigation ability. Employment history that includes sales or several years of professional work is helpful.
