Real Estate Closer / Paralegal The candidate will provide superb customer service to clients including real estate agents/brokers, lenders, builders, and buyers/sellers. Will encompasses all aspects of a real estate closing from start to finish. Should preferably have prior real estate closing experience including : communicating with real estate agents and loan officers, title review and issuance of title policies, knowledge of contracts, settlement statements, mortgages, preparation and recording of deeds. Also consider a recent college graduate with a real estate or accounting background.
