Pre-litigation Attorney - Personal Injury The candidate should preferably have 2-3 years of personal injury experience, including negotiation of settlements. Extensive knowledge of orthopedic injuries, will supervise Case Managers, oversee demand writing, negotiations, and work closely with our litigation department to help monitor, review, and prepare cases, negotiate settlements is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus. Knowledge calculating damages, including lost wages, property damage and medical expenses is required. Must be able to perform at a high level in fast-paced environment/work independently with minimal supervision. Must have experience handling large volume of personal injury cases and proven track record of success.
