Aviation Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in all aspects of US legal compliance for domestic and international airlines. Provide lawyers with assistance in the preparation of various corporate and regulatory documents. Assist with litigation, licensing, and defense of enforcement actions before numerous federal agencies. Assist with state/local regulatory business and corporate requirements / filings. Perform research and analysis on a variety of legal matters to help monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; Provide reports as required, preparing compliance materials and presentations. Must have Bachelor's Degree; or Paralegal Certificate and commensurate experience. Aviation regulatory experience a plus; Certificate in administrative/regulatory law is a plus.
