Canadian Immigration Attorney The candidate will serve as a Foreign Legal Consultant. Will be responsible for interacting with clients, presenting Canadian immigration options and strategies, and preparing applications for Canadian permanent residence and temporary residence. Should be licensed with a law society in Canada including Canada, British Columbia, or Upper Canada. Should have Canadian immigration law experience including start-up visa, work permits, and related. Must have 3 years of experience in preparing investors and start up immigration applications with a high success rate. Should have strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, their application, and developing efficient client strategies. Excellent communication, legal research and writing skills are required.
