Litigation Attorney The candidates duties will include participating in all aspects of litigation (including client meetings, case work-up, legal research, pleading preparation, discovery, law and motion practice, and trial), client communication and reporting. Should be a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school. 2 years of litigation experience on either the plaintiff or defense side is required. Must have California Bar membership in good standing. Should have experience with discovery, taking and defending depositions and law and motion work. Landlord/tenant experience and/or plaintiff's experience is helpful. Should have demonstrated interest in public interest law. Proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese is preferable. Must have strong verbal and analytical skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills.
