Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate will communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, medical providers and team in order to resolve a case efficiently and yield the highest possible settlement; Documenting all action and communication into a Case Management System; Reviewing medical records/bills; Managing 2 paralegals; Acting as an empathetic liaison between clients and their medical providers; Reviewing police reports and property damage photos; Understanding comprehensive medical treatment; Recognizing the costs/benefits of settlements v. suits; Understanding the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case; Timely resolution of all case matters assigned. The candidate has 1+ year statutory experience is preferred; Have 1+ year time Management is preferred; Have 1+ year computer Skills are preferred; Master's degree is preferred; must have RI or MA Bar; Must be detail-oriented; Must have strong written, verbal and computer skills; Must have excellent time management.
