Immigration Attorney The candidate should be a a mid-level attorney to work closely with other attorneys to manage a busy caseload with corporate clients. Will oversee the preparation and review employment-based non-immigrant petitions (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1 petitions, etc.). Oversee the preparation and review employment-based immigrant petitions and applications (e.g., Labor Certifications, I-140, I-485, etc.). Interact with corporate clients' Global Mobility or HR personnel. Assist Partners and Sr. Attorneys with research and various writing assignments. Represent the firm at industry meetings and events. Prior experience in employment-based immigration law is required.
