Intellectual Property Paralegal The candidate should be an IP Paralegal with 7+ years of trademark and copyright experience in a medium to large law firm, experience handling domestic and international portfolios and handling foreign and domestic prosecution, maintenance, litigation, opposition and due diligence review. Must have extensive experience in conducting domestic and international preliminary searches through the USPTO website, outside vendors and the Internet, trademark docketing experience is a must; strong experience with CPI Trademark docketing and handling trademark filing, prosecution and maintenance applications mandatory, experience reviewing and analyzing full searches for attorneys, experience communicating with clients concerning reminders and reporting letters, ability to work with attorneys on a daily basis. Four year degree preferred, but not mandatory.
