Contract Appearance Attorney The candidate will cover uncontested hearings for divorce, civil matters and bankruptcy matters (341 Meetings) in the Metro Atlanta Area. Will handle all legal documents will be filed prior to appearance and signed by the managing attorney. Will appear on behalf of the managing attorney. Most hearings last 30-60 minutes. Newly admitted attorneys with 0-1 years of experience will be considered. Admitted to GA Bar in Good Standing. Note: The candidate will get $ 100 plus per appearance as compensation.
