Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients in federal agency investigations, class actions and other litigation matters related to the management and administration of retirement and healthcare plans. The associate also would work on matters related to clients' retiree health obligations, the funding of single and multiemployer plans, and other pension and health liabilities in connection with bankruptcies, restructurings outside of bankruptcy and corporate transactions. Should have relevant experience, superior academic credentials and strong writing skills.
