Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients in personal injury litigation and wage and hour claim. Both will include pre-litigation monitoring, advise clients on legal proceedings, drafting legal documents in preparation for litigation, and all aspects of litigation. Responsibilities: Research into legal issues on behalf of clients; Drafting and finalizing legal briefs and documents in litigation; Comply with all legal standards and regulations; Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law; Effective communication with clients and staff. Must have 3 or more years experience as a lawyer. Should have familiarity with various legal documents. Ability to build rapport with clients.
