Real Estate Transactional Attorney The candidate will facilitate Real Estate Closings. Manage and organize caseloads from start to finish. Oversee Support Staff. Must have 2+ years of experience handling residential closings; leadership qualities, ability to manage support staff; superior Organizational, Research, and Writing Skills; independent Worker, Deadline Driven; ability to Manage a Heavy Work Load; work Well Under Pressure; buy/sell transactional experience in New York and New Jersey; knowledge of real estate owned (REO) closing practices, applicable laws, and documents; completing transactions for Hard Money originators; Commercial Leasing Experience. Must be admitted in both New York and New Jersey; ready and willing to put in the work to succeed individually and to help us grow; able to provide the quality of work that clients have come to expect from a firm.
