Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be to help manage our legal intakes and to provide general reception/administrative support. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in this fast pace environment, be able to work with minimal guidance, and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks, while having a fine attention to detail. The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for our clients, so this individual is tasked with making a great first impression, discussing our services with clients and determining whether the caller meets our case criteria. Exceptional customer service skills are a must. Answer all incoming calls. Filing Documents. Opening new cases in our filing system and distributing to appropriate manager. Scanning. Greeting in-office guests. Stocking and ensuring that office is maintained and well organized. Gathering information from potential clients in a friendly and empathetic manner. Work closely with attorneys to evaluate potential case. Manage referral database and work with outside attorneys and agencies. Management of incoming and outgoing deliveries and postage. Management and operation of CRM software. Should preferably have 1+ year of PQE.
